I grew up in Colonial Beach and spent nearly three decades in nursing, at the bedside and in health system leadership. What I missed the most was the relationship. Knowing my clients. Having the time to teach them something about their own health.
I founded Potomac Point Wellness to create a place where people feel welcomed, informed, and supported in taking charge of their health. I take time to listen, and to get to know you.

Questions About Your Visit
What should I expect at my first appointment?
Your first visit begins with a personalized consultation where we'll discuss your health goals, review your medical history, and determine the treatments that are right for you. New clients complete a brief provider telehealth review before receiving treatment. When appropriate, treatment can often be provided during the same visit.
Can I receive treatment on the same day as my consultation?
Yes. In many cases, treatment can be provided during your fist visit after your consultation and required provider review.
Do you accept insurance?
No. Potomac Point Wellness is a self-pay wellness practice, allowing us to provide personalized care without insurance restrictions.
How long do appointments take?
Most appointments range from 30-90 minutes depending on the selected service and whether it's your first appointment.
Are treatments safe?
Every treatment begins with a review of your health history to ensure it is appropriate for you. Recommendations are always individualized and based on your health goals and provider assessment.
How often should I receive wellness treatments?
Every wellness plan is personalized. Some clients visit weekly, while others come monthly or seasonally depending on their wellness goals and recommended treatment plan.
Do you offer memberships?
Yes. Potomac Point Wellness offers Waterman's Wellness Clue, Point Pass, and Irving Arrival programs to provide flexible wellness options and exclusive member benefits.
Do you offer lab testing?
Yes. Many laboratory services can be completed at Potomac Point Wellness for added convenience. Additional testing may be coordinated through our laboratory partners when appropriate.
